Our Parents Have Dreams Too

Today is my dad’s birthday, and we spent part of the day sitting together and recording a few podcast episodes. It ended up being one of the most meaningful parts of my day.

In this episode, I share a thought about our parents and the dreams they have for their own lives. As we work toward building something for ourselves, we may eventually find ourselves in a position to collaborate with them.

This is a reflection on getting to know our parents beyond the roles they’ve played in our lives, and taking the time to ask what they still hope to do.
